As part of their #UnimelbGermanyTour , the University of Melbourne, represented through Prof Jim McCluskey (Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research)), Prof Justin Zobel (Pro Vice-Chancellor (Grad & International Research)), Dr Adrian Collins (Associate Director International Research), Ms Felicity Jones (European Research Development Manager) and Ms Maria Roitman (International Research Partnerships Officer), kicked off their tour through Germany with a visit to the University of Bayreuth in Bavaria.
The University of Melbourne partners with us on the Bayreuth-Melbourne Colloid/Polymer Network to deliver a joint PhD program and together we celebrated the first graduating PhD students from this international research training group at the end of last year. To reaffirm our partnership with the University of Melbourne, a renewed and extended Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed as part of their visit and we look forward to strengthening our research collaboration.
